How to Use Respyria Nasal Dilator

    These are a god send product, I get a lot of sinus inflammation at night and these help me to breathe well enough that I don’t rely on afrin or other nasal sprays. I have piercings in both nostrils and can still use this, it just causes mild soreness to the piercing afterwards but it hasn’t caused any damage/tearing to the skin around the piercings

    These work perfectly for me. I have had sinus issues for a couple of months now and have been snoring and my sleep has been awful. I have used these for 3 days now and my snoring is gone and I have woke up rested. A little weird to get used to, but once you put them in your nose you realize just how bad your airflow is

    Well my son hated this but I found it very worth the discomfort. You have to be very, very gentle putting them in so you dont scratch and they're not very comfortable BUT i put shea butter on them before putting them in, and that's helpful and once they're settled, they work very well.

    After meeting with my ENT to discuss how to improve airflow when breathing in from my nose, he offered two options: surgery to reposition cartilage to support my nasal valves better, or: Nasal vents. $10. I said, “$10 sounds like a great place to start.” I ordered these the same day and I have been using them DURING THE DAYTIME ever since. Most people use them at night, but I use a CPAP at night. I needed a daytime solution. Yes, I look kinda ridiculous. I tell people I have robot nostrils now. I do not care because THEY WORK AND I CAN BREATHE AGAIN. For the first time in 20 years, I have sufficient oxygen going to my brain again while awake, without having to breathe from my mouth. I am using the largest silicon inserts included in the kit. I’ve been using them for about a week now. I don’t know how I didn’t know about these earlier. Some things you should know: my nose runs more than it did before using them.     Unbelievable! I knew one side was partially closed, but I cannot believe the difference it made! I can’t even feel it in! I had rhinoplasty 10 years ago and the scar tissue seems to be getting worse. This pushed it out of the way and I can breathe! My nose stopped dripping and the snoring and constantly waking up stopped as well. I highly recommend!! I bought the starter sizes.

    These vs. the stick on nasal passage strips? These, hands down. I have oily skin, especially around my nose. My left nasal passage was profoundly closed off from surgery to where I could not breathe through the left side. This became a major issue when trying to sleep. These work beautifully, as they stay in place through friction, are very comfortable and allow me to once again breath through both nostrils.

    They barely work for me when I consider the relief offered versus the pain & discomfort while wearing. For me it was not worth the trade. I hoped that these would be a better option but Breathe right strips or the intake breathing band is what I will have to stick with. Some people aren’t going to be able to wear these for a full night and the more you want to open it the more it will also press on the inside of your nose creating pain that lasts for days even after it is removed. You can’t return them after opening. If it was half the price it would be better. Due to the price tag I felt I better come here to help others with my opinion.

    These work fantastically! I am not loosing any sleep due to nostrils restricting airflow. I first bought their nose vent assortment. There were two XL size in the assortment. I have lost them both. I had cut them down thinking they were going too far up my nostrils. They seemed to help, but fell out too easily, because of my alteration. When this pack of XL s came I decided to get brave, and used them as is. I am glad I did because they do not fall out, and reliably keep my nostrils wide open. Other Information; -I gently clean them under faucet every morning, and they do not seem to degrade in anyway. - Takes a a night or two to adjust, but it is well worth it. - Save money on not purchasing other options, such as sticky nose strips. -I would suggest you first buy an assortment, so you can find the size and type that works best for you.
