    I have four compressed discs at 90% in my lower back. I was skeptical when I purchased this. I’ve used it for the last couple of days and it’s taken away all the soreness and pain in my back. The unit runs for about 30 minutes rotating between heat vibration and traction. The traction has some type of ball inside the device that inflates and stretches you back and releases it on and off one recommendation is if you have an injured area of your back, don’t put the unit directly under the injured area, put it above or below in the arch so when the ball and plates, it does not press directly down on a potential bulging disc instead, it will press in an area next to it and stretch the discs apart

    I found a good one. This is a very good smooth spine triple fusion back massager. So relaxing for my lower back. Can use lying down or in a chair. Great heat settings. Helps with lumbar pain very well. Very good after- service. Very good buying Experience. If you have sciatic nerve pain, use this without any further delay. Best of luck on your purchase. I use a Rayovac 5v power pack that lasts for several sessions on automatic mode.
